Vijaya Sai Reddy, MP, and Parliamentary Party Chief, got a big shock. The Supreme Court, the highest judicial seat of India, has issued notices. Directed to give clear answers by next 5th of September regarding the issued notice. Besides Vijaya Sai Reddy, the Supreme Court has also issued notices to the owners of Jagathi Publications and Bharti Cements.
Meanwhile, this unexpected development has taken place in the property case of AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. At present, the case related to Jagan Reddy’s assets has been investigated by the Central Investigation Agency (CBI). This case has been going on for the last few years. The Telangana High Court has already issued clear instructions to the Director of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) of the Central Investigation Agency to not conduct any investigation until the investigation of the CBI cases is completed.
While this order was issued by the court in 2021. Challenging the orders given by the Telangana High Court, the ED officials approached the Supreme Court. They asked for a stay on those orders. A petition has also been filed to this extent. In this suit, along with MP Vijaya Sai Reddy, Jagati Publications and Bharti Cements have been included as defendants. The Supreme Court has issued notices to this extent.
