On the special invitation of US President Joseph Biden and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Damodardas Modi left for a visit to the United States of America. India and the US are known as the largest democracies in the world. Even now those values are falling along for reconciliation. The partnership between the two countries is a reflection of strength and spirit.
As part of his visit to America, Narendra Modi will lead a yoga session at the United Nations Headquarters on the 21st to celebrate International Yoga Day. Meanwhile, in December 2014, India made a special effort to recognize International Yoga Day. To that extent, Modi’s efforts have paid off. UNO has declared Yoga as International Day. The Prime Minister thanked the countries and leaders for their support.
Later on to Washington DC. There they will attend a dinner given by President Biden at the White House. While America is India’s largest trading partner. Modi will focus on the fields of science, technology, education, health, defense, industrial cooperation, space, telecom, quantum, AI, and biotechnology. After the US tour, the Prime Minister will go to Egypt from there.
