Parliament Row Comment : Controversial opening ceremony

Yes she is not eligible

Hello Telugu - Draupadi Murmu and Modi

The decision taken by Modi’s Bharatiya Janata Party government at the center has led to controversy. The inauguration of the new Parliament building, which has been built at a cost of crores of rupees, has become a hot topic at present. The main reason for this led to a political controversy is that it is Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is not President Draupadi Murmun but is starting it. An official announcement has already come out from the Parliament. The new building will be inaugurated on 28th of this month. The opposition has expressed strong objection to this. 20 parties were fired. They announced that they are not going to attend. Apart from that, eminent lawyer Jaya Kishan filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking an order to the Central Government to start the new Parliament building with the President. The opposition has targeted the Prime Minister.

They said it was completely undemocratic and unconstitutional. It is said that it is outrageous not to start with the first citizen of this country, President Draupadi Murmu. The complaints expressed that the monarchy was going on in the country. It is alleged that this is nothing but doing what is wanted. Not only that, it is said that the decision to start a new Parliament building on the birth anniversary of a person who strongly opposed Mahatma Gandhi throughout his life is outrageous. Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar made important comments about the Constitution. He explained the powers of the President. Article 87 of the Constitution clearly mentions this. The President has to address both the Houses of Parliament.

This article is very important. All executive powers are vested in the President of India. The President takes decisions on the advice of the Council. Draupadi Murmu’s approval is mandatory for important laws to be passed. Must be signed. In terms of government, any building or official office constructed with public money should be inaugurated by the President. Today once again Article 87 has led to discussion. The Supreme Court of India is set to deliver a crucial verdict in the PM vs President case. There is suspense as to what kind of verdict the CJI will give.
