Jeevitha Rajasekhar, a famous actress in the Telugu film industry, got a big shock. The Nampally court sentenced both of them to one-year imprisonment in the defamation case. The 17th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court sentenced Jeevan and Rajasekhar to a fine of Rs. A fine of 5 thousand was imposed.
Meanwhile, Jeevitha and Rajasekhar made false accusations against the blood bank set up by Megastar Chiranjeevi in 2011. Controversial comments made on that day caused a stir. It is alleged that blood collected from donors is being sold in the market.
Meanwhile, famous film producer Allu Aravind has filed a defamation petition in the Nampally court for making false allegations about the service programs being run in the name of Chiranjeevi and the services provided by the trust.
The court took up a long hearing in connection with the case of Jeevan and Rajasekhar. Meanwhile, the court said that the accusations made by the film actors are dubious and caused personal damage. Once again she reprimanded that no allegations should be made without any evidence. It has been stated that a one-year jail term is being imposed along with a fine. The court allowed the grant of bail.
