BCCI has released the 2023 Asia Cup schedule

The crucial match between cousins ​​India and Pakistan will be held on September 2. Jay Shaw is currently the Chairman of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC). The tournament will be held in a hybrid format. The final match of the tournament will be held on September 17 in Colombo. Pakistan has expressed strong objections regarding the tournament. The Indian team insisted that they will participate only if they play against them. Finally, the Asia Cup will be held smoothly as the teams of Sri Lanka and Pakistan agreed to play.

4 matches will be played in Pakistan and Sri Lanka will host 9 matches. Nepal will face Pakistan on August 30 at Multan. Asia Cup will start with this match. The final matches will be held in Colombo. As part of the tournament, India will play the first match against Pakistan. Candy will host. Six teams are participating in the tournament. Group – A includes India, Nepal, and Pakistan while Group – Below includes Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan.

Looking at the schedule, Pakistan vs Nepal in Multan on August 30 and Bangladesh vs Sri Lanka in Kandy on August 31. India and Pakistan will clash in Kandy on September 2. Bangladesh and Pakistan will play in Lahore on the 3rd. A match between India and Nepal will be held in Kandy on the 4th. Afghanistan will face Sri Lanka in Lahore on the 5th.

In Super-4, A1 vs. B2 will be played in Lahore on September 6, B1 vs. B2 in Colombo on September 9, A1 vs. A2 on September 10, and A2 vs. B1 in Colombo on September 12. A1 vs B1 match will be played in Colombo on the 14th and the A2 vs B2 match will be played in Colombo on the 15th. Super 04 1 vs 2 will be held in Colombo on the 17th.
