Siddaramaiah was sworn in as Karnataka CM and DK Shivakumar as Deputy Chief Minister. A large number of people attended the swearing-in ceremony held at the Kanthirava Stadium in Bengaluru, Karnataka on Saturday. CM MK Stalin, Bhupesh Baghel, Ashok Gehlot along with former CM Farooq Abdullah, CPM leaders along with AICC chief Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi were present.Famous actor Kamal Haasan and Sivakumar were the main attraction in this swearing-in ceremony.
Eight MLAs approved by Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge took oath as ministers today. D. Raja from CPI, CM of Bihar, JDU chief Nitish Kumar, Mehbooba Mufti from PDP, Sharad Pawar from NCP, former CM of Jammu and Kashmir Farooq Abdullah, top leaders stood as the center of attraction. It was a show of love for the opposition’s unity against the BJP.
