Acharya Kothapally Jayashankar was born on August 6, 1934, in Akkampeta, a suburb of Peddapur village, Atmakuru Mandal, Hanmakonda district. He has a great talent for singing in Telugu, Urdu, Hindi, and English languages. A great man who dedicated his life to the Telangana movement.
